3 things for today

jt sent me a ted talk about being happy first and letting happiness lead to productivity and success.  i feel like i’ve forgotten what the purpose of my blog was.  so for today, here are 3 things i can be grateful for:

i’m happy that i have the tool of writing it out.  when my brain is garbled and my emotions are tangled, i can free write and untie some of the knots. 

i’m thankful for good friends who will call me and order me to call them back because that’s really what’s best for me. 

i’m grateful for new twists on old things.  i’m not the same as i was a year ago.  so experiencing things i’ve been through before is still different now because i’m different now, and i can’t react the same way anymore.
